Pathetic

Purchased a item on the 25 April 2018. After several emails and attempted phone calls (Merkado phones never work) I have requested for my money to be refunded. I still have not been refunded and the frustrating aspect of this is you cannot get hold of anyone and they just do not respond. After reading some of the other reviews on hellopeter, I can now understand that they are just a ****. Like other people that have complained, all I want is my money back.
