Second hand car bought with defects not disclosed

I bought a Nissan Sentra from Mark White Nissan in 2015. Since then a lot of things have come to light with the vehicle we purchased:

1. When we got our first flat tyre, we were surprised to find no wheel spanner in the kit. I had mistakenly bieved the salesman when he said the kit was complete. This left us stranded on the side of the road.

2. The water cap from the car was missing when handed over. The salesman said he would order a new one. Five years later we are still waiting.

3. About 2 years after we purchased the car it got severe hail damage. When at the panelbeaters, they told us that it was evident from looking at the back of the car that it had been in an accident. This was not disclosed by the salesman. Over time, this initial damage that was never disclosed has caused many issues with opening and closing the boot.

4. When we were making the decision to buy the car, the salesman (Allen) was very pushy and harrased us until we made a decision. He also drove me to the workshop to test drive the car. My 1 year old daughter was with us and he drove like a maniac with no seat for my daughter. I did not appreciate how he handled the situation

Only since buying another car from another dealer recently have I realized how bad the experience was at Mark White Nissan. I would not recommend buying from them or from Allan.
