My car is more damaged now

I sent my np200 in for its first service and had asked them to please check my wheel studs as I had noticed one of them were stripped. So they had a look at the drums and had found the thread was stripped on the inside. Nissian contacted me and explained that they need to be re drilled but will only be able to be done on the Monday. I explained that I need a vehicle for the weekend and the rep**** no problem you can take the bakkie just bring it back on Monday. I left the workshop with my bakkie, the next morning on the way to work I heard a terrible sound coming from the front wheel but before I could do anything about it my wheel went rolling off in front of me damaging my fender. I managed to make a plan to get the wheel tightly back on to allow me to get to my office. I'm really glad I wasn't on a highway at high way when this happened. Wen I told nissian they were very quick to want to help out and get the car to them and get me a loan car. I don't understand why they couldn't have given me a loan car to start off with in stead of putting my life in danger.
