Great Service!!

On Monday the 07 August 2017, I walked into Mark White Nissan in Amanzimtoti, looking for a very small clip on my Nissan NP200 (Fuel Filler Hinge Stopper). This broke when I filled up once when a pump attendant forced the hinge...

I met up with the guy from the spares department and he informed me that I've just missed the deadline for spares to be delivered the following day. He let me into his office and we went trough the exploded view both the fuel filler, as well as the flap, where we've located the part in question. We then headed to my NP200 to make a hundred percent sure that we located the correct part. He placed the order and assured me that it would be there on Thursday. Thursday Morning the 10th of August, I've received my phone-call, stating that my part arrived. For a part that sets you back just over R 16.00, I was really impressed with the service received. Thanks Mark White Nissan, you've added to a joyous holiday with this service!
