Mark of A - dissapointment

I’m very disappointed with the jewelry I purchased from Mark of A (*** Address - 17 Signal avenue, Dawnview, Germiston) The quality is subpar, and it tarnished almost immediately. When I reached out to the owner, they refused to offer a refund and only suggested cleaning the product, which doesn’t solve the problem as the tarnishing will likely happen again. I would not recommend this store due to the poor quality of their products and inadequate customer service.
