Avoid Mark Cvitanovich Piano Removals

Mark Cvitanovich Piano Removals, a Gauteng based company, moved my grand piano in Krugersdorp. The company had no insurance. The piano needed to be carried down a precipitous and narrow flight of stairs at the house of the seller and required appropriate packaging and level of care. Mark had a cavalier attitude and whenever the seller and purchaser I (the purchaser) expressed concern about any aspect of the move he snapped back at us rudely. He was insufferably arrogant. When the piano reached its destination, Mark (supposedly) re-attached the lid but the next day when it was lifted, it slid off the base at a 90 degree angle, damaging the hinges, and was caught just before it slid onto the floor. Mark was called but refused to return saying he was not responsible. A local piano tuner had to be called out to replace the hinges - for which he charged a callout fee. The owner cannot recommend Mark Cvitanovich Piano Removals. Steer clear!
