landlord and owner of property states cottage is uninhabitable after breaching agreement to clean ****roaches

mid May 2017 I agreed to rent a cottage from landlord and owner of property, Mark Churuman, at 87 First Avenue, Fontainebleau and he agreed to exterminate ****roaches, install security on all windows and doors, fix the electricity and leaks at the cottage. Mark did not do. 7 June 2017 my place was broken into, I was drugged and ****d and strangled and then left for dead in my own faeces. Mark refused to pay June's rent back to me as he states I left without notice. This is disgusting as I left under duress. After repeatedly asking for my rent back in order to get another rental he refused and stated that the cottage I rented is "uninhabitable". If a place is deemed "uninhabitable" by the owner or landlord then how can they take a tenant's money and how can they say a tenant left the premises without notice after being ****d and strangled after the owner/landlord breached the agreement to secure and clean the cottage? Please see pictures attached to realise the situation and to see that the owner/landlord abused the tenant in this regard.
