False advertising

As per the written adverti*****t, I quote "the inverter guarantees to run an LED TV or laptop, charge a cell phone and run a WiFi. Guaranteed for 4 to 5 hours". In fact, it runs the Wi-Fi for 2 hours or charges a cell phone. Nothing else. My complaints were met with not only threats of legal action, but also personal threats. Please be very careful of entering into any business with Mark Begbie t/a WMB Group
