<p>I contacted Marc Ashley King in February 2016 in connection with a property that I wanted to rent. He showed me the property and I confirmed that I wanted the property.</p> <p> </p> <p>He told me to pay a depost of R 16 100 which I did. (all the savings I had) and when we asked to move into the property he came with excuses like the owner wants more rent. He said that he had another property available and i can come to view it. I went to the property and told him I like it and I want to move in. He than came with the excuse that the people is not renting anymore and that he has another property that I can rent.</p> <p> </p> <p>At this point I was done with this man as I paid the deposit in Febuary and now it is July and I still don't have a house that I am renting. I told him that I want my money back as I went to another agent and he has a property that I like. He said that he will bring the money to me on numerious occassions and made me wait for more than 4 hours and still did not pich.</p> <p> </p> <p>The property I had available with anoher agent got given to other people as I was not able to give a deposit. I still did not receive my money.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am currently in the hospital as I had a stroke because my family has no where to go.
