Leaky Plumber

Used this plumber for complete new installation of plumbing in redevelopment property. Landed up with a leak within a few weeks which he came and fixed , although breaking tiles and not replacing them in the process (evidence still visible). Property was let and about 12m later I noticed a wet patch on the outside shower wall which the occupants had neglected to tell me about. Called the plumber to come out and fix and he advised that he was too busy and in any event the leak would be out of warranty (which he claims was 1 year), notwithstanding it would have clearly developed way before it was brought to my attention. When I then told him he had the wrong profession and was useless as a plumber, setting up a completely new installation with 2 !!! leaks, he promptly rep**** "there is nothing wrong with having a leak or 2, its perfectly normal for any plumber" (in fact he said that on a voice note which I have kept in case he would ever deny this) So, I guess many plumbers would disagree with him and unless you want to have leaky installations, you should probably stay well clear of him.
