Rude and Unprofessional Customer Service

<p>I booked and paid a 50% deposit on 27/08/2015 (last year) for this supplier to do my hair and makeup on my wedding day in 2016.</p> <p>On 13 July 2016 I contacted the supplier to find out if all is in order for my wedding day.<br /> I found out that the supplier no longer lives in SA and won't be able to continue with their services (which I already paid a 50% deposit for).<br /> Why they didn't notify me about this I still can't comprehend.<br /> I was promised that seeing as their end of the contract was breached, my money would be returned to me.<br /> Today is 4 October 2016 (almost 3 months after my initial query) and still have not received my deposit back.</p> <p>When I queried the payment, I received a rude and unprofessional response from the supplier.<br /> I'm appalled at their customer service.</p> <p>I will not recommend this supplier to anyone.</p>
