Simple Query Not Resolved

Hi,

I've been asking for a simple straight forward query, to add a additional number to the gate exiting system but it hasn't been done, we are going for the 3rd more to the 4th month now.

I really don't understand what the hold up is and why it's so difficult to be done, type in the number, click save and done.

If someone can please respond to this as soon as possible it would be appreciated.
