Run, run fast as you can. Marite hands down has to be the worst run company.

I will never in my life ever rent a property from Marite ever again, and anyone wanting to rent from Marite, run, run fast and as far as you can. These people love just billing you for whatever comes to mind for them. They kick you out when they want, regardless of you paying there silly little fees, and then run with your deposit. I have taken this to the rental tribunal, but this is literally to warn any other potential customers of Marite. They never answer your calls or emails. Marinda will simply laugh in your face, and give you a long list of what is wrong with you as a person and gets incredibly personal. I will never want to deal with these people. I sorely doubt this request will to fall on deaf ears.
