Marite Property management - Your workmanship is a disgrace

I have been complaining about the poor workmanship at Mode de Vie for the last 3 years and the drain in front of the flat has now become a hole in the tile. There is absolutely no communication between the maintenance and administration. Fruitless and wasteful expenditure is the words to use for the absolute disgrace of a drain that just lowered the value of my investment.
