Managing agents to seriously be avoided

These guys are as bad as it gets. They don't properly maintain the block at all, they implement a special levy without notice at all or explanation of what it's for or why. They don't respond to queries or important requests.

Assuming it's Marite that has implements the access control and security systems; Marite implements systems that are as cheap as possible to solely to minimise efforts needed for them to administer the complex, causing unreliable access management and security.

Avoid any apartment block they manage like the plague. Marite is an example of what it means to have a bad managing agent.
