One product advertised, another used

I have had Brazilian Blowouts done on my hair since August 2013. I have had approximately 10 such treatments done on my hair. I know the process, I know the products that should be used and I know how long the treatment should last on my hair.<br> <br> On Marisa Bothma's website she advertises that she uses Brazilian Cacau hair products for the Brazilian Blowout, which is the one that has always been used on me. When I went to her \salon\" on the 25th of February 2016, she used Amazonliss on me. I have never heard of such a product, but she claims that it is better and safer. There are three (product) steps to the Brazilian Blowout, and she used only two on me. When I questioned her regarding the third step, she said it was unnecessary.<br> <br> My hair looked okay-ish when I walked out, but three days later, my hair was again a frizzy mess, that after using the correct sodium chloride and sulphate free shampoo that is supposed to be used. I contacted her 10 days after getting the Brazilian Blowout, and she asked if I had used the treatment. What treatment?? She was the one that was supposed to apply the third product (ie treatment) to my hair.<br> <br> I am very unhappy because I wasted R590 on this "
