Groupon Vouchers "honoured" with Contempt

<p> Great deal on Groupon but when it came to honouring the voucher I was made to wait a month and a half only to be let down two days before the appointment. I overheard other customers calling in to have their vouchers redeemed only to be treated with the same contempt. My hair look dreadful. It was not cut, it was hacked! The red foils turned out bright pink and I immediately asked to have a brown added to tone the pink down. I was charged almost as much as i paid for the voucher to fix the colour that was wrong. It took from 14h15 until 19h00 to complete foils, a cut and a blow and I was left alone in the salon while the stylist fetched her daughter. The salon is situated in a converted lapa in the garden and was freezing cold. The owner left the property in darkness and me sitting their while the stylist rushed to finish the cut and blow. The blow dry looked like it was done by someone who had never done a blow dry in her life! An absolutely appaling experience! Groupon was not helpful either, when I asked them for a refund when she messed me around I was told to sort it out with the supplier. </p>
