Services Poor and Disrespectful

I bought my Ford Fiesta ST in October'17 and something went wrong with my gearbox. In March'17 I took my car to Gearbox Masters,

I was at their workshop twice to pick up my vehicle and couldn't take my car due to the following:

1) First time: The gearbox was noisy: had to leave it there for fixing as it was a very bad noice that came out.
2) Second time my vehicle didn't get 2nd and 4th gears: I had to leave my vehicle for repair again.

3) Yesterday I had to take my vehicle back because the gearbox now slips out of 2nd gear and still the gearbox was making a lot of noice. Only to find out that my gearbox is now still making noices after "fixing it" but so far it doesn't slip out of 2nd gear anymore. I have received the vehicle back this afternoon, 04.04.2017. An invoice was given to us .

I have sent them an e-mail asking questions that was of my concern.
At 16:55 I received a phone call from the reception lady, who said that someone wants to speak to me regarding my e-mail. I informed her that I don't want to talk to him over the phone I want my questions to be answered per e-mail. Still he insisted in speaking with me.

He explained to me what was wrong with my vehicle from the first time I took it to them up until now. He told me that my gearbox looked so bad that he couldn't get an assessor out to check the gearbox as they wouldn't have claimed it. I asked him why they didn't put a new gearbox in seeing that it looked so bad as he have just explained to me but he changed the subject saying that everything comes in parts he cannot change the gearbox.

Moving forward with our conversation I asked him again to answer my e-mail and sent it back as I don't want to do this over the phone but he got annoyed by saying "why should I put everything on e-mail that I have just told you over the phone". I did tell him that I'm going to take things further if this continues as I can't see what the problem is over putting this on mail.

He got arrogant with me and told me "fine if you want to take it further we can do that" "I will sent an e-mail to your insurance, that way you won't be able to claim in future". So I immediately felt threatened by what he said as it clearly sound like a threat. I asked him if he is threatening me due to what he have just said to me and I told him that I'm a client and I'm more than obliged to ask questions and request feedback on mail. Still he got furious, I informed him that I will no longer talk to him due to his arrogant attitude in raising his voice and threatening me with my insurance.

I need to take my vehicle back to someone. I was also informed by him that he knows all the assessors which is concerning for me. It is very unprofessional of someone working for a company that's RMI approved talk to customers this way.

They have sent me an e-mail saying I need to contact my warranty if I want any information as they will e-mail them now.

Place I took my vehicle: (RMI Approved)
Name: Mariri Trading 62 CC T/A Gearbox Masters
Address: 721 Van Der Hoff Road, Pretoria Gardens

Regards,
