MARIO REMOVERS BEYOND BAD

I have never come across a company that is not only arrogant but has an employee that is so arrogant and insidious that its not possible to fathom, firstly you have to pay up front, they then call you and say they want to move the time early like 9:00 in the morning. Then arrive at 1:45 while you spend the whole morning trying to get answers, then they arrive and refuse to take a couple items that wasnt on the list, which i was happy to pay as extras. I had to argue with them to take the few extras, they where advised that they mustnt, It gets worse I then left to drop some personal stuff and when i returned they where about to leave. I asked then if that was all the stuff taken, they responded yes, I went inside to discover that they have didnt take stuff that was on the list. The tell me its my problem. it now even gets worse, the invoice me for a free month for storage, and while I dispute with them about who is going to pay for the furniture that was left behind. they want to now sell all my goods for a debt i dont owe them. This company is so insidious that i cant understand that they can be in business. you not allowed to go to the premises to even look at your goods with out an appointment. They are horrific, i now have a legal matter pending for the loss of my goods,

Good morning we are responding to this review as it has only now been brought to our attention , as we do not subscribe to Hellopeter and unfortunately anybody can state anything without the right of reply.

Please advise what employee was arrogant and exactly what  happened in order for us to address the issue?

It is normal practice in the Industry to request payment upfront, there is nothing strange about that .

It is standard practice to work according to a list supp**** by the customer and if there are extra items on the day this must be arranged beforehand. It cannot just be demanded that the extra items are uplifted without prior arrangement and payment.

Regarding your claim that we wanted to sell your furniture , this was not the case at all despite you not paying your account for over 3 months. We would not release your furniture to you without payment for your storage arrears which is completely normal practice.

I don't know who you have a legal matter with but it is not us?

Thank you
