Don't trust Mario's

I have used Mario's over the years and they had my items in storage for the last 2 years. Over the time I have accessed the unit to remove a few items. I recently went in to remove items and found that one of my valuable expensive tibetan rugs was missing (worht R50000.00) - not wrapped up with the other one. They took no ownership, or try to find it on their premises, nor apologised for my loss. They simply increased my fees and the cost of revised inventoies. No cooperation. Just told me it was my problem . The owner was copied on all emails and he didnt even bother to respond. They would not even consider relooking on their premises. Appalling!!!!
