Yes was the reply i got and there were no complaints about them . So we app**** for the loan and were told that we had to pay 5400 rand for registration fees . So we did and then we were send a link to open and do a transfer from a bank call Rhodes banh in the UK . It started the transfer and at 60% it stopped and wanted a verification code which we had to pay 7890 rand and i was in a fight with John Meyer ( Cell : ********** 902 )(of sunny cash loans about this and he told us its because they us a foreing bank and and . So we payed the money and started the download when we got the code . All looked fine till the download stopped at 96% and we were asked to supply a anti ********* code . I freak and contacted sunny wire cash loans and we had a big fight and said we wanted our money back and that it stated that these money was refundable and he say we must just pay this then it is refundable and we did not want to loos e the money so we pay another 12450 rand to them . The transfer completed we were told that the money would reflect in our account within 4 hours which never happend and then we had to pay a nother 17700 as reflection fee . I knew we were ****med and whent to the banks were we payed the money in and FNB bank were very helpful and stop the account immediately but ABSA gave me a lot of lip and i had to do everything and write mails to them and never got any feed back . Fnb bank has opened a ******** case as there were others as well . Phone the NCB and NCR and reported this and were told that they cannot help me . Now what is the use of the bodies if there is no regulations and people checking these cash loan people here in South Africa . They all tell me it is against the law to pay any fees but each and every cash loans i phoned have asked a regitration fee . now how the hell do u explain this . They must close there doors wasting tax payers money . Nobody is controlling these people and they can **** any body out of there money . No we must wait for the police to investigate this case . </p>
