No feedback

We have paid a deposit for a photo shoot, we had the shoot in November 2014, it is now March 2015, we still have not received the photos or any communication regarding the photos. We left tons of voice messages, emails and sent sms's, but no response... I started to think that something might have happened to the photographer, but my suspicions were wrong as there was an update on his facebook page just a few days ago.
