Landlord threaten to blacklist tenant, flat full of fleas and refusal to cancel the lease

<p>Good day,</p> <p>I am currently renting a flat in JHB and there are fleas, no security and the property manager is threateniong to blacklist me if i cancel the lease. His name is Mario and at first i asked him that i need to cancel the lease for end novemebr 2016 and he told me he needs a one month full notice so that people will move end of dec and i agreed. Now he is telling me that i have to look for people to move in otherwise i will still be paying rent and the are is not good at all. The flat is bad and not a good condition for one to stay.
