Worst experience ever

If I could I wouldn’t even give them a star. This is absolutely the worst online shopping experience of my life. I ordered a product and had to pay R100 extra for 48 hour door to door courier service. It’s a week later and the parcel hasn’t arrived yet. Absolute waste of time and money.
