Unhappy Customer

<div>&nbsp;App**** for a loan got approved. Then ask for upfront fee (refundable) for lawyer fee. Pay the upfront fee then was ask to pay another amount for insurance and transfer purpose(refundable). When I requested when the loan will be transferred, was told to make a last payment. When I said their was nothing stated of so many upfront fees. The person just kept on saying last payment or do you want to cancel loan. When I requested to pay all the upfront fees that was stated refundable. The excuses were made that this was not refundable, when I sent back what there document stated I did not here back from them.</div>
