Incompetence

I took them 2 days after my geyser burst to come out (insurance claim) The lady in the office is not listening to her worker or to the client, she is really not very capable of doing her job. Then she suggest that the geyser be relocated to the outside, yet they are not capable of installing the geyser outside (according to the insurance company) I did suggest to the insurance company to get a more capable and organised plumbing service.
