Then went to check in, the place was dirty there were 2 more rooms not even offered a another room, I requested my refund then told me to go via booking.com I did that they responded after 6days saying they can't refund me I had to book another accommodation same day j was in need of a place to stay, i felt ****** my money as it was not my fault and they are not taking accountability
