Poor... no wait... NO communication and no service, no product that I paid for.

Place an order on 11 January 2023, payment was done online via there website.

Today on the 23rd January 2023 I still have not even received a confirmation of my order, I'd rather just get my money back and spend it somewhere else. The phone just keeps ringing, then sounds like it diverts to a cellphone, and ends up going to voicemail.

Numerous emails have been sent, and received absolutely no communication back from them.
