Disappointed customer

Worse store ever ! I'm very disappointed with the level of service I recieved from this store .I spoke to the sales assistant karishma from The store and explained what boxes I wanted I even whatsapp her a picture of the type of box I wanted .My husband was in the store so he made payment for the boxes and came home only to realise they sold the wrong item.Despite numerous phone calls and speaking to so many sales assistant they refused to assist me.I overheard the manager telling one of the workers to tell me to bring the boxes in ,he refuse to speak to me as if it was my fault when I asked them to pick the boxes from me and send the correct ones. I asked for the laser cut boxes they sent me the ones with the window instead. If they didn't have stock of it they should have said so instead of lying to make a sale.
