Worst listener and researcher

I was under her care at a rehabilitation centre as my occupational the****** and she didn't do the effort to go study my case which gave me clonic shocks as I had a spinal tumor removed. She forced me to sit when my neurosurgeon directly instructed not to sit for long and this after a session with her. When I brought all this to her attention, and my collapse after sitting, she refused to say sorry.
