Pathetic service whilst my meat is at risk

What as disappointment!!The worst service ever.When I phone don Monday to ask whether they would be able to assist with the cut of my kudu I was told that I could bring it in immediately. The carcass was already stripped and had to be cut only.I also requested meat to be minced and some wors to be made. Wednesday I was told that they would phone me.Thursday I was told that they would phone me later.Just now I had a major row with the manager as I was told that they had a list of work that had to be done before mine and that some of their kudus hang in the cold rooms for up to three weeks. To say I am furious is an understatement as I was never informed of this so-called list. I was never told that I would have to wait for a week and longer. I am utterly disappointed in the service and will NEVER ever recommend anyone to use them again.
