Refuse Holiday Refund!

We made a booking for December 2020 at Merilyn Court in January 2020. April 2020 I tried to cancel our booking at Merilyn Court and asked for a refund. I was told by Lenie Hoy that I will not get a refund.!! This is utter nonsense and never have a hear of holiday resorts that dont refund! I emailed Lenie Hoy stating our reason for canceling the holiday and still Lenie Hoy was unaccommodating and rude! We have to work this December because of the covid-19 outbreak pandemic and have to make up for loss time! I want my refund from Lenie Hoy. We paid our holiday in full so why cant I have my refund? I even stated that a cancelation fee IS UNDERSTANDABLE we have no issues with it. Lenie hoy ****MED me and my husband out of our money!! I am a first client to book with Marilyn Court and this is how they treat people. Utter DISAPPOINTMENT AND DIGUSTING ... AND ON HER POLICY IT STATES the following....

ALL CANCELATION FEES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 5% HANDELING CHARGE!!!!!
