Terrible Experience

<p>They called to inform me that they will be onsite at 9:15 with a 10 ton truck and the workers will have ID documents to enter the estate. After numerous phone calls and complaints they pitched-up 14:30 with a 3 ton truck and without ID documents. Now I'm left with half a heap of rubble. Horrible experience.</p>
