Refused Refund

Good day,<br> <br> I'm hoping you will be able to assist me in this rather urgent matter.<br> I made a booking under the name of Mr. Q. D. Pelser my life partner, for the period 22/12/2015 - 02/01/2016, and paid the required R3600.00 deposit. My car broke down yesterday and I will now not be able to make the trip, I spoke to Leatitia at Mariepskop ***, and asked if I could please be refunded as I need this money to help with the cost of repairs on my car. She was not very happy actually quit rude and said she doesn't do refunds, and if she paid my deposit back she will not be able to pay her staff their wages surely this has nothing to do with customers?), and that she can actually ask me to pay her the remaining R3600.00 which would have been paid on arrival, as she now is in diare straights and that I have put her in a very bad situation . She also said she cannot believe that I have the guts to ask for my money.<br> Please, please help me.<br> <br> Thank you<br> <br> Kind regards
