Sleeper Furniture - non-delivery

I have purchased a sleeper dining room table + server on 21 January 2015, delivery +-21 days from Marie Treeby of Plot 35, Breedtstr, Montana. She asked 50% deposit but I pay her in full after 10% discount. She even ask us to pray for her brother who was diagnosed with cancer.<br> After many phone calls, SMSs no delivery took place. Each time many excuses were given such as, we deliver tomorrow, we just wait for the varnish to dry, she and her husband is busy to devorce, etc, etc.<br> <br> On 14 April she visited my house and signed an agreement that she would deliver on 25 May and if not, pay the monet back on 28 May from money that comes loose from a policy. She then gave us her wrong ID number too. She then told us that she is about to move to her son's place in Rustenburg,her sons will now make the furniture.
