Worst service ever at the pta center

Yohh I had to sit the whole day from 8:30 to 15:00 to be assisted and I didn't know this. I thought maybe I was just coming for simple antibiotics, but then I was told I need vacuuming. No one told me vacuuming started after 2pm. So i just sat there, thinking maybe it was going to be around 9 or 10, until i asked the nurse around 12pm. This was the worst experience. Being given pain injection at 9:20 and having to wait till 2pm.
