Will I ever get my results?

It's unfortunate that I have to write this, warning others about the "bad" you may experience at Mariestopes. I went there to do the women's wellness check-up on the 10th of May 2021 after removing my IUD with them. The sister was really lovely, she took me through everything collected all the samples for my tests. I was informed that I should expect a call after 5 working days to receive my results. I was not in a hurry or anything and I understand that delays happen sometimes and gave the hospital and/or labs the benefit of the doubt. On the 21st of May, I called to enquire about this issue the lady that assisted me said that she is escalating this to her manager and I should be contacted on that Friday or latest on Saturday with my results. Nothing was communicated with me and still, I understood that things take time. On Thursday 27th May I had 1 missed call from an 062 number, I tried to call this number multiple times and no one picks up and when the lady finally picked up she said the nurse was trying to contact me. I thought finally I will get my results but I have been constantly watching my phone waiting on the call, attempting to call Marie stopes multiple times since Thursday and no one picks up! As I said I was not in hurry for the results but wow this is now making me really anxious! I just want to know what's happening with test results and move on, please!
