Waste of my time making bookings

<p>I made a booking to get an implant I even have a reference number even got an email to confirm if I was still coming. I confirmed, I closed my business that I run to attend to the booking only to find a receptionist who was not even caring. She said they only saw my booking when I arrived and nurse has already gone home. I did not only lose business on that day but time wasted and just we dont care come when u free. Very pathetic service, Im digsusted</p>
