Very cold, unfriendly, impersonal service

I went to Marie stopes on the 3rd of August at the Bloemfontein clinic for my very first scan, after a home pregnancy test, I chose Marie stopes because I thought I would get satisfaction and good service because of the sansitivity they deal with everyday, sad to say I was in the scan room for less than 2 minutes , I don't know the name of the doctor cz she never even introduced herself, I did not even see the baby on the screen, I was not shown anything I did not get a print out, I don't know if the baby is ohk or not, I don't know if the baby is growing fine, I know nothing as I only got a cold and unfriendly service, the only words that came out of her mouth is "you are 5 weeks " and then I left, I paid for a service and all I got was a cold impersonal service, I sat in my car and booked another doctor as I got absolutely nothing from my consultation from Marie stopes
