Traumatic service!

I have been really and honestly patient with this company. I have never such a poor service in my life, its shocking! I have finally decided to complain here as I'm not getting any help even on their portal...I need Marie stopes to refund me my money back today! I've spoken to several agents who promised to call me back as they couldn't assist me then while they had technical problems, or their finance department knocking off early which really wasn't helpful and the last one which I spoke to on Thursday hung up on me. Can I just get it so I can forget about this traumatic experience .
