They won’t refund me

I booked and prepaid R1000 for an appointment at the Sandton branch. I went to the appointment but they didn’t have the tampon like equipment for HPV testing so I was sent away without assistance. On 2 November, I filled out the refund form and sent POP to Nomathamsanqa and Oelfaa Sonday. I never received my refund. Every week I call and WhatsApp Marie Stopes asking for help but still no refund. Throughout it all, I have been professional and on time but Marie Stopes has treated me the in the opposite way. I let it slide that they didn’t have the HPV testing equipment to help - mistakes happen, but now they won’t refund me. Marie Stopes was founded to help women have access to ***ual & reproductive healthcare but they are denying me that right to ***ual & reproductive health because I need that money to go for the test. All I want is my money so I can get the medical help I need. It’s so disappointing to have to air my personal reproductive health story on a public platform in the hopes of getting help after being ignored weekly by Marie Stopes South Africa.
