THEY WONT GIVE YOUR RESULTS AS PROMISED

The 31st of August I went for the woman's Wellness, that included the pap smear but It was so painful I just wanted to finish it as fast as possible, it never happened before in other places. And they said I will get the results from 5 to 6 days but I never received a call from them. When I called back they said now it was going to take 15 days, I waited and now is more than a month and I have received no answer. Once they picked my call a lady said she would refer the matter to the manager and I'll receive a call but it didn't happen. It's so unkind to be begging for the results through WhatsApp, messenger, I've also called them many times and there's no answer. I just want my results! It's been a long time it should be done by now.
