The *****ed up and now I must pay to fix it

The service at the Bryanston branch is appalling. The nurse who inserted my IUD was the worst. Besides the dact that she told me that because I have tattoos, I should behave on the table because I "like pain" which is the dumbest thing I've heard from a medical professional. She scolded me when I was struggling with the pain of this device she likely inserted incorrectly. When I left in pain, she literally just handed me a document and told me she's done. No mention of a follow up at all, which I was meant to have 6 weeks after the insertion. Perhaps if I went they would have seen that she put it in wrong, this the migration out of my cervix. What an awful woman.

People like that should not be allowed to work with people. And now I need to pay R900 to fix HER mess.
