Terrible service and worst refund policy from Marie Stopes. Don't go there.

Marie Stopes has the most terrible service. Almost 12 ladies seeking assistance but only one nurse attending to them. They went into loadshedding and neither the nurse nor security guard could start the generator. They refuse to refund since they can't provide the service and they have the trashiest refund policy.

We called DISA and the lady was polite, delayed in information. We regretted not going there and we couldn't since Marie Stopes refuses to refund us.

They have way too many bookings and not enough people.

Their call centre takes forever to answer and are unhelpful, the person we spoke to said they will escalate the matter but there has been zero action.
