TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Hi, I made a booking to have IUD copper loop I then experienced terrible customer service from Chante Marinus from the start she did not listen when I told her where to claim from on the medical aid, there after a booking was made at 2, was only assisted at 4 when I was assisted while there was 14 women Infront which means Ghandi square branch over booked people with two nurses who was busy and tired the nurse tried to insert the IUD knowing that I had C sections which could be painful and went ahead I am still experience pain and bleeding I was told to come back Tuesday how do I come back after that terrible experience and to make matters worse I requested for my full refund and they are refusing telling they going to charge See email below.

Kindly note the R270 on your statement is for the consultation you did with the nurse before they attempt to insert the IUD.

I will never advise no women to insert the copper if they had a c section at the Centre nor make a booking from the customer service to the procedure it was terrible.

I logged a complaint and still waiting for a call.
