Struggling to get a refund!!

I made an appointment on the 9th of November at Sandton for 15:00 to put an implant. When I got there I was attended to promptly and the service was rather good. Unfortunately I could not do the implant because I found out I was pregnant. They could not give me my money back because I paid by EFT as per booking sms confirmation received with reference number. I have called the Call Centre numerous times to request my refund and it's been a nightmare. I have spoken to 3 consultants already who said they will liaison with the Sandton Branch and get back to me, to date I have not received anything. Zinzi and Lennie are one of the consultants I spoke to who have promised to get back to me and still have not. I am tired of chasing you guys for my money. REFUND ME BACK MY MONEY.....I certainly do not ever want to deal with such an organisation.
