Rude Receptionist

Marie Stopes Ghandi Square has poor customer service. The Receptionist on duty Friday 29th December has a nonsense attitude. I had my IUD inserted and was given a card for my next appointment which was today. I got at the clinic @ 2pm and guess what all she said to me was I'll have to come back tomorrow (Saturday) she's already put away all file because it's a doctors day today and there's no appointment scheduled for me. Saying all that while talking to another patient. How rude!! A card was given to me with the next appointment date. Nothing else was communicated to me after that. Why was I given a card with the next appointment date only for me to get there and be told to come back the following day?? What kind of customer service is this!! Take that old woman couldn't get her name for customer service courses or she must remove her ugly wrinkled face away from the reception make space for people that want to work.
