Refund

I went to Marie stopes on the 27 of June and they said they are unable to assist me that was on Friday and on my Monday I received a call from their consult asking if I am still interested in doing the termination and I said yes I was booked again on the 4 of July when I arrive I paid R4740 and the rest my medical aid has paid and they said still they said they won't assist me and I filled in the refund form no refund I received. I did a follow up with them on the 11 of July they said my refund was processed with the 11 of July payments which was a lie and I did a follow up on the 18th of July they said they are waiting for my medical aid to pay and I said my medical aid has paid they said I must sent them proof that my medical aid has paid which I did sent them and they said it will take 72 hours which was. Aloe as well after 72 hours they said it will take 7 to 10 working days for the refund after those days they said I must send a statement again what the hell is going on I need my refund I can't do 1 thing over and over gain
