Reception lady at Pretoria Marie stopes refused to call the lab for my results.

I went to Marie Stopes today the 8th of October 2019.

Today another lady was on duty at the reception who didn’t seem interested in assisting me. When a nurse asked her as to why she doesn’t call the lab for my results , the lady just rolled her eyes and told me I will get a call when the results are here. Mind you it’s been two months and getting the results only takes two weeks . Call the lab when the client is in front of you.

So now I’m going back home with no results because the reception lady refused to help me.
