Public clinic on the lowest form

Service is really bad. It is basically a public clinic or worse. What is the use of booking appointments if you will sit for hours on end. I just don’t understand how 6 people have the same slot. We all arrived 5 min apart for the same slot only to be told they don’t have the medication. So we must wait for the sandton branch to Uber some. An obvious no planning here. With the price you pay, you’d think they have good service but they actually do not. And the attitude you get from the reception all the way to the nurses is appalling. Like actual disgusting. I am still sitting and waiting for assistance an hour and half past my appointment with 4 other walk in ( or appointment ladies ahead of me in line)

I would say they should drop the care attitude and just say that they are chasing money. Going on google and socials with this.., also the reports that you read on here are alarming as a matter of fact.
